BUSINESS CREDIT CARD
OFFERS HIGHER CREDIT LIMIT
Running a business is all about maintaining good records
and finances. Money isn’t always available as cash as it may
be tied up in assets or other business activities. However,
with a business credit card it is still possible to make
essential purchases, pay invoices and complete any other
financial transaction.
Also, if your company has a number of employees who
claim on expenses it can sometimes be difficult for them
to keep their business costs separate from their
personal finances. By letting executives and other essential
members of staff use a company credit card it should be
very easy for them to keep the two separate. You may
also want to use the credit card for corporate entertaining
and corporate expenses.
Business credit cards are virtually identical in use and
function as a personal credit card. You are awarded a
credit limit and can then use the credit card for any
financial transaction until you reach that credit limit.
The credit limit you are given will depend on a number
of factors. The size of your company, annual turnover
and profit will all play a part but so will the number
of employees who will have access to these credit cards.
Different deals are usually available for smaller companies
when compared to larger ones. Small businesses will
not be awarded the same benefits as the larger
organizations because larger companies with more
staff normally have greater financial power.
Business credit cards that offer a cash back or reward program
can also be beneficial to any company. By handing these
out to employees who are driving on company business
or staying in hotels for meetings, the company will
receive the benefit of the incentives and rewards that the
programs have to offer.
