FREQUENT FLYER CREDIT CARD OFFERS MONEY BACK FROM AIR TICKETS

A credit card reward is far from being a new phenomenon and air miles have always been one of the privileges that these credit cards have had to offer. A frequent flyer credit card operates similarly to one of these but instead of rewarding you with free flights for using the credit card you will be rewarded when you use your credit card to purchase airline
tickets.

The credit card reward you will be given can vary from cash back against your purchases to reductions on the cost of further flight tickets. Obviously, frequent flyer credit cards are not ideal for everyone and if it is rare that you
travel by plane then they will obviously not be the best credit card for your circumstances.

On the other hand, if you do purchase plane tickets regularly for business or for pleasure then you should consider a credit card of this type. If you currently pay by cash or use your bankcard to make these purchases then you may want to apply for a frequent flyer card. This way you can use your new card to get the benefit of the credit card reward and pay the balance off immediately, thus avoiding the interest charges associated with the purchase.

If you do not travel by plane, but make a lot of journeys in the car then you might want look at getting a gas credit card. Gasoline credit cards offer you
similar rewards but instead of rewarding you for purchasing plane tickets you will get credit card rewards for purchasing gasoline. Again, you may be given cash
back or you may be offered a reduction in the cost of your future gasoline purchases.
